For the next 31 days, anyone can undertake the challenge to grow the best mustache, but only one will dominate in every category. The rules are simple:

 

•1) Grow a Mustache in the month of March

•2) Take a picture of your accomplishment - MAKE SURE TO FLASH THE JAVIER J-STAMP SIGN IN YOUR PICTURE (see attached example)

•3) Send in your Picture(s) to Javier@musicsavages.com or post them on his facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/javiersavage)

•4) All Mustache submissions must be received by April 1st

•5) Highest rated mustache wins $100 CASH

 

Javier will judge the pictures based on a 50 point rating system broken down into the following categories:

 

•1) "PERFECT 10" - a maximum of 10 points will be awarded to a mustache based on how closely it resembles a "Classic Style" - like "The Handlebar", "The Horseshoe", "The Walrus" or "The Pencil" (Click Here for examples of Perfect 10's)

•2) "CLEANLINESS" - a maximum of 10 points will be awarded for a mustache based on how nicely it's manicured.

•3) "SLEAZY FACTOR" - a maximum of 10 points will be awarded for the sleaze factor that a mustache adds to it's creator. 

•4) "PICTURE CREATIVITY" - a maximum of 20 points will be awarded based on how creative the mustache picture is.

 

And for those of you that cannot grow a mustache, this is your time to be a scout, motivator, coach, agent, stylist, or photographer. Send this on to your friends that can grow it out - AND CHARGE THEM COMMISSION IF THEY WIN!
